My family are superb planners. They're a magnificent font of good ideas, things to do and ways to do things, or wrapped up in intent.

'Course, the mongrels never actually do what they say they'll do, but they'll happily respond with a critical "I told everyone what needed to be done", or a credit-taking "Yes, we thought we should do that", when the thing isn't done, or it is done but without their actual "doing" effort, respectively.

Over-promise, under-deliver...or how to right royally piss people off.
