The bad news is that she had an Atrial Fibrillation and then a stress related response to the Atrial Fibrillation that looked like a mild heart attack. While Atrial Fibrillation are not uncommon, two events in three days is not good so she is staying in the ICU while they run 9,000 tests. Hopefully this is something that can be controlled by medicine but we will not know for a few days.

I use unsweetened yoghurt as well, but because I add orange juice and sweet fruits the smoothy tastes a little sweet. I would add honey for the taste though, not to make it sweeter. My dad's a beekeeper, I can't eat honey without remembering all those summer nights when he was preparing the honeycombs to extract the honey. Us kids would be standing right by his side scooping up any honey that fell out on the plates he was using. Afterwards we were all sick from all the honey we had eaten
