I think all of your advice has been really helpful. I have not really used eBooks and have been a diehard print and paper fan but I recently got an iPad and the reading experience of the ePub for me is so nice.
There are still things that paper can do that digital can't but digital is a very viable alternative for 90% of the books I read. I especially love hyperlinks. Since I am a new fan I will probably remain on these forums after my project is completed just for my own interest.
I really do appreciate your feedback on my original issue and I am going to pass it along to my client.
