On a related note, just the other day I read Ender's Game for the first time. My bf asked me how I liked it, and my response was something like "it was good, but I knew there weren't many pages left so I figured out how it was going to end and it wrecked the surprise."
Obviously it's not usually possible to figure out the plot based on the length of book left, but I sure wish I had been reading on a Cybook at the time :P
