You also have to remember from the original post, that the OP is the retailer for books by another party, and the ones who own the books are the ones who want the DRM. Selling the OP on being DRM free won't do a lot of good, considering they're not the ones making the decisions.

So, if somebody asks how to kill himself, you'd give him pointers to that instead of talking him out of it? As I think if you try to sell with DRM, you're killing your business. The anti-DRM group is growing, especially as there are now more and more publishers who will sell DRM-less or using social DRM.
