Akuma: Unfortunately, I don't have any control over the pricing. The promotional price appears to be for the US only. Very sorry that the book prices are above your limit, but I totally understand.

If you like scif, you could check out my books THE ROOKIE and THE STARTER, which are $4.99 each for the Kindle. Search for 'em and see if you like the concepts.
