No! I've been wearing this when I go to sleep for all of my adult life.
A bunch of friends and I were staying at a beach house for a holiday weekend. There were probably a dozen, or so, people in the house. In the morning, I woke up to people standing very near where I was sleeping whispering and I could hear someone whisper, "Awww... that's so cuuuuuuute." I realized that I probably had an audience. So I jumped up and said, "What are you looking at?!"
They all scattered like they weren't just watching me sleep.
