I think Vietnamese milk coffee taste great. Then again, our tastes differ. I think the French had their influence on our way of drink coffee.
but hey, I do not think tea + milk is good, but coffee with cream is awesome. I don't think the French had anything to do with this (this = coffee + whipped cream) because it just appeared in VN recently.

oh, and I think the idea of powdered milk in coffee is unimaginable
(not that I never tried). if it has to have milk in it, then steamed milk is the choice.
