For me, something that big would have to have a touch screen, or at least some way of sketching into it (ideally not tablet support, it needs to be built in). But I would really love a big e-ink reader with a decent battery.

Also, now that we're getting big storage, a decent search function both within a book and for a book is essential. Even with only 2Gb of storage many readers are struggling in this area. Not helped by Sony deciding that 'ridiculously large' was the only font size for menus.
