At the risk of starting another horrid thread, can you really say you've read every post there? I have, heck I've posted half of them. You will notice that I never once insulted him or his character(until maybe the end), but his first post in response to mine did just that, as well as the next, and so on. Also note that I was one of the few(only?) people there answering newbies questions. For example, he recently made a statement that there are no backup apps for n900, when in fact there are many, when I corrected them he insulted me. He is currently in a religious/ethical debate with another user(who I don't think belongs to this board, but I may be wrong). If you still want to stand up for him I'm okay with that, but at least try to see it from our side.
