I just thought I'd mention that for people with a slow internet connection or a daily download allowance like I have on satellite, SugarSync doesn't appear to have a LAN mode like Dropbox does. And I'm not entirely sure Dropbox's LAN mode actually looks to the LAN first like it's supposed to.
If you have a NAS or a PC that's usually on, there's a wireless sync app called Syncness on the Amazon market that will sync between any network device with an IP address and share. I use this to pass files between my PC, EE, and PE using my NAS as the storage folders and it works perfectly. You install it on your eDGe and just point to source and target folders to keep synced.
It also has a sync to/from dropbox mode that I haven't tried yet since I'm using it to keep my network traffic down.
