I also upgraded to Ermine. The only issues I've had are lockups from mostly "action" type games and Amazon Market apps that don't install. Occasionally, wifi doesn't work after long hibernation, but a reboot fixes that.

One of the neatest apps/widgets I've found so far is the "FlexT9 Text Input" widget. It was Amazons free app of the day just days after getting my PE. It is excellent if you don't have a keyboard for input. It allows you to easily switch between "Speak, Trace, Write, and Tap" input methods. All of which work surprisingly well and are much faster than the standard tap input method. I got it for free but it's worth the $5 price if you don't want to haul a keyboard around.
