Attached is the output by eBook Publisher of the OEBFF container (.oeb) that is produced from the first 10 pages of the
oeb12.pdf when run through PDFRead v1.8.
Please note that I compressed the files within the .zip; they need to be unzipped before you can 'use' them.

oeb12.oeb is the text (OEBFF) container used by eBook Publisher and
appears to NOT be a standard (
given the blank stares here... 
).

pdfread-oeb12-opf contains a directory with the .opf, .html and images that you can use opf2mobi to create a .prc from the output of PDFRead v1.8.
The .html displays properly in a web browser and should convert to .prc with the proper device dimensions (I used 600x800 here).
