I logged a ticket already - will also call them tomorrow. The thing is that I am not even trying to get the book on the EE - just opening it in Adobe Digital Editions is not working. It is an expensive book too and apparently only available in the EE store (even the Kindle version does not exist ). Well, I hope it works out.
