The nice thing about the EE is that if you can find extra batteries, you are so set. The EE's batteries last longer on a single charge than the PE (the batteries are bigger) AND you can have a spare battery on you for double the time. I love this.

The downside, of course, is it's big and bulky (think netbook) compared to the PE and you won't take it everywhere. But if you already have a PE, I guess that's not too much of an issue.

The screen size for journal/pdfs is excellent. I still haven't seen a PE in person, but I can't imagine dropping down in size. (I don't have a daily commute nor much of a need to have it on me when I'm out and about, so my edge may accompany me on longer trips, but it doesn't come out to play too often.
