Same here, too. Could be the recent server switch upset something - could be just a matter of cookies or something in the Store app. On the enTourage site, my Account page still shows my PE as registered. Since I really don't need the Store app for anything atm, I'm not going to reregister, as it will likely ding my Adobe registered devices by 1.
