Funny you should mention this because oddly yesterday when I accessed the Store App I had to register my PE again. I didn't run into any problems but I thought it was kind of strange. As far as the password requirements here is what the Quick Start Guide says: must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number and one letter. Mine is 8 characters exactly and I had no problem with registration. Before I initially registered my PE I logged into my Adobe account and changed the password to match my Entourage password for ease of registration.
