Perhaps Boris is right, they must be updating the site. I hope it is an upgrade, the beta has been out about a month now and feedback has diminished greatly the last couple of weeks.

I just got on using both my PE and my PC and I still see the "You are participating in ERMINE BETA" message. From all the problems with the site the past few days Entourage may have another server hosting their web page and there may still be some minor bugs left over. That doesn't mean I'm not keeping my hopes up for a final Froyo release.
