After you find the broken wire -- which may be a task in itself -- and assuming it isn't more than one broken so you have to guess which end goes with which. If it's a wire that's come loose from the speaker assembly in the hinge rather than breaking in the middle of the wire, that's going to be even more fun. And I'm pretty sure it's going to take more than a little glue to put the hinge back together after you disassemble it with a knife, unless you want it to be stuck in the open-book position forever.
