The ASUS Transformer will release in the US on April 26th. I have decided not to risk buying a new full size EE, not knowing the company's status or the status of our "Froyo" release leaves me wary of spending over $500 again.
I will most likely purchase the transformer and the upcoming Eee Note as a replacement solution. Price total will be about $600; and I get Honeycomb with a capacitive screen plus the note can be used as a Wacom graphics tablet on a PC.
When I bought my edge I couldn't wait to see what a 2nd generation could do; I'm truly hoping someone buys the technology if Entourage is closing.
