well, it works perfect again. why? I'm not sure. I put the SD-card back in and it works. I'm not sure if I understand it, because I think my eDGe doesn't need a SD-card for starting up. Maybe it's trying to find the last document I had open. anyway, my problem is solved.

with my other tablet I also have a SD-card, but there I know that every app I download will be put on that card. Not like my eDG.

Thanks for the hints. I'm very sorry to hear that the eDGe of Cheyennedonna past away. That's a serious problem. In light of the development of Entourage Inc it's even worse.
