Your eDGe registration email and password must match your enTourage website Account. Use the enTourage website to confirm/update your enTourage account. When I got my PE I had to change my enTourage password to match the updated requirements (my password was too short).

The Adobe email address ideally will match your enTourage email address, but the password can be different (in fact, both can be different). Use www.adobe.com to verify your Adobe email and password. During Registration, if your Adobe email or password differs from your enTourage account, then checkmark the option to enter a different Adobe ID.

As always, both parts of the registration require communication to a server (enTourage's and Adobe's), so remember that network connectivity issues can cause problems.
