I am troubled by your not having easy access to ebooks. I would hate that!

I checked the MobileRead Wiki for ebookstore sites that might work for you. The first one I tried was US or UK only. I did find one that will probably work, if they have any books you want. Check them out if you're interested. https://store.fictionwise.com/home.html

Also I thought of posing the question at MobileRead whether any of their multi-national members know of good South American or Spanish language ebook sites, but I didn't do it (feel free, if you think it's a good idea!).
