Thanks for advice.
I found the solution, and for those still stuck, here it is:
- Update to latest Dingo, preferably using offline method (download update zip, copy to USB blah blah)
- One update is complete, opt for beta as explained above, if not done already
- Update

It was long awaited update, many software I wanted required 2.2
Some hickups;
Access to edge store is off
Some games, flysmasher, airport mania, Sally spa do not run, rather freeze the PE needing reset
Camera apparently started working from inside Facebook (it used to crash)
