Anyone know of any apps to create and manage databases? I can't get Handbase (no market access ) and Memento won't install on my PE. I have Handbase for Palm and iOS - to get it for Android would be ideal but can't find it outside of the market.

Anyone know of anyother Db apps? Export to CSV or fixed field text would be a needed function. Dropdown menus for field input would be nice.
