Here's the deal...
I read quite a lot of pdf, and a device like this sounds ideal. I've been considering buying the edge since last Christmas, and finally decided to buy it yesterday when I read about all the possible development at the company.

So the question is, assuming worst case scenario, where the device will no longer be supported, is it still worth getting it now?

p.s I'm not considering the pocket edge because I need something with a larger screen.
