I continue to be amazed (yet I shouldn't be surprised, should I?) with stories like this. Your story is consistent with many others, and yet EE sales aren't what they should be. It seems to me the EE should be selling like crazy via word-of-mouth (or viral marketting, I guess is the "modern" term). I've drawn the attention of Zem, one of the Forum administrators, to your post, hoping to give enTourage some encouragement about what may still be possible.
