Just want to say that I've had awful problems with Tiger Direct (sold me a refurbished item as "new"), as have a lot of other people (google will reveal many tales of woe). You might want to consider taking your business somewhere else.

Also want to say that a number of people, academic and professional types, I've shown my EE to have been impressed, want to buy one, but I can't in good conscience recommend it because we don't know what's happening with the company. If eNToUrAGe would at least release their code, I could recommend the machine to techies and other people who don't scare easily. There are lots of those.
