I agree. I am also having a problem with getting my books that I bought from Entourage's book store back into my library. I was finally able to re-register my EE with Adobe, but Entourage's server does not want to recognize me so that I can re-download them from the store.

I also am having a problem with downloads. I try to download an app from either the Amazon store or the EE app store and it always says, "download failed".
