I've been busy for quite sometime and could only visit the forum a few times. BUt I was saddened to read some of the posts ominously sounding the death knell of the company.
But my hope was revived when I received that email. I was quite sure it was only the eternally hopeful me. I'm glad someone else had the same feeling. Well, since my last dealing with the company (had to return a defective unit but Tech service was really great), and the fact that I'm a non-US customer, I became quite fatalistic about the "Entourage future" thing and am just treating my device with more care and circumspection.
