I don't know. In the tech world there's always a proud press release by the acquiring company, declaring their pleasure to announce the acquisition of so and so, and how great things will come out of it.
enTourage sounds more like it's going into bankruptcy receivership - something companies usually keep quiet out of shame

Since enTourage is private, there'd be no FCC submission, etc.
EDIT: Another scenario would be "buy and bury" where a competitor buys up a competitor in order to shut them down. I just can see enTourage being a threat to any of the larger players, although a slightly larger startup may see enTourage as a kickstart. In both cases, the buyer would stay mum as both are somewhat "devious".
