I just noticed that the plastic is cracked between each of the page control buttons on the eInk side of my entourage edge.
It seems there isn't enough structural strength in these areas.
If the buttons were not so tall the gap between them would be wider, there would be more plastic, and so the case would be stronger between the buttons.
