Unfortunately, my last experience with tech mirrors yours, and is nothing like the tech I remember from last year. I never received any contact in reference to my last support request - submitted on 3/28, although I was promised level 3 in 24 to 48 hours. My call today was met with the same - a level 1 tech, taking info only, and promising escalation to tier 3. I'm so glad I pay with American Express.
