It is unforgivable at this point. The importance of this thread is exemplified by the fact that there have been more than 230 posts in less than 6 days. People (i.e. customers) care about this, and it is totally unreasonable that Entourage has not been more forthcoming with information. It is clear that the lack of information represents some company policy at this point, which may be related to some business deal or something else. Even if Froyo is released in the next few days, as someone suggested was likely (although I doubt the validity of that claim, and that person made such a claim giving absolutely no backup info), the inaction by Entourage is unforgivable. The tech support continues to be great, and that is to be applauded.
