I tried to follow the steps to unregister my E.Edge device from the following URL:

The steps after a login is supposed to be:
After logging in you should see your device appear under "My Devices" on the "Account Dashboard"
Click "Edit" and choose "Yes" for transferable. Then select Save.
When I hit "Edit" there's no such thing as a "Yes" button/link for transferable. In fact it doesn't say a word about transferable anywhere on the page.
Any ideas on how to solve the problem would be most appreciated.
