Umm, I don't think such a button exists on my device. I've looked it over and there's a hole up there. I did put a paperclip in there, but there was no (button) feedback. I then peeked in there and can see solid surface. Upon reading the manual, I see there's a way to restore the device to Factory Settings i.e. delete data, etc. via software, but not a physical button as far as I can see anywhere.

Resetting via software did yield me the ability to now gain access to the on-screen keyboard, but I am still having trouble registering. I now have a Code 02, with Adobe telling me my email is already registered with a different password. I'll try from my computer and see if I can learn what that is.

Thanks for the suggestion anyway.
