Thanks! I downloaded that one too. It looks great too. I like the precision of it, although it might take a bit more time to use than A-PDF Page Cut, which has an idiot-proof UI.
Update: I've had some time to work with Briss, and here is my comparison of the two programs. Briss groups pages with similar layout and you have to apply cuts manually to each set of pages. Seems like a great choice for more complicated documents, but takes a lot more time if you're just looking to apply cuts to separate two pages or two columns across many pages. A-PDF is much faster if you are looking to apply a uniform cut across the document. It has a lot more features for advanced cuts (batch processing), but since I'm using it to cut documents uniformly, I haven't had to try them out. Two good programs with different advantages for different types of cuts!
