1. Thoughts and prayers for everyone who survived the quake and tsunami, and especially for those who didn't. The forces of nature and commerce connect us all.
2. I've been wondering all along -- is it possible that EnTourage had an influx of business after CES? They might have decided not to hire extra (temporary?) people to handle the extra questions/problems that would cause. Disagreements about how to handle expansion could have driven away the two who left around that time. The eDGe is a complicated piece of equipment with a steepish learning curve, at least for me.

If they are selling to schools (for instance), or expanding internationally, they could be up to their necks in customer support issues, while putting any profits into development rather than personnel.
I'm just speculating wildly -- hope you don't mind!
3. I'm really enjoying my Pocket eDGe, which I'm mostly using as an ereader-with-bonuses until I take the time to learn more of its functions, but I kinda wish I had the big eDGe (too)!
