I do think it's important that this view is expressed, so that newcomers to the forum aren't disproportionately swayed by grumblings that might not even affect their experience with the device. (They should be swayed just the right amount, which will be different for each user.) So forgive me if every now and then I have a little outburst like that, just to level the playing field.
