I agree that they've lived up to their obligation. But if I were running a company, I'd want to keep my existing customer base relatively satisfied, which they have done partly through excellent tech support and service support. However, I am extremely disappointed that Entourage's only activity related to these forums is that of censorship. I am not expecting disclosure of "private company business". But an occasional post with real information would go a long way to making customers feel like they matter. Happy customers could go a long way to advertising the device and increasing sales.
