For whatever it's worth, my eDgE, which I got just a few weeks ago, has version 1.11 and it claims that that's the most recent version when I check for updates. I picture 1.13 like a (dingo) dog who peed on the rug and is trying to pretend that he doesn't know anything about it, hoping desperately that no one will notice.
