People (and other creatures?) have also had good results with bluetooth keyboards, which are obviously a bit more elegant than USB keyboards. This one is so small that it doesn't exist yet, but when it does (originally scheduled for around March 15, but now sometime this spring), it will fold up into a neat 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" package:
