I would suggest that you experiment with projector and adapters. We have used several adapters successfully but until the landscape on e-ink is available you may have difficulties in presenting on the e-ink side. When the landscape mode is used on the projector app, the bottom third of the e-ink screen slides out of view. What several instructors have done in this case is capture the e-ink screen and view it on the LCD side. It loses some of the spontaneity of annotating on your text but at least you see the whole page. Hopefully this annoyance will go away.
