Gecko, I agree to a, point. In the long run a good selection of custom apps that utilize the unique qualities of the Edge will go a long way to being a good selling point for the Edge. As it is now, the apps in the app store are free Android apps really meant for a phone display. The only problem is, it will take some time to develop quality custom apps for the Edge. I know, had we gotten the SDK 8 months ago there'd most likely be a nice selection by now, but, things being as they are with Entourage being a small company, the more immediate visible improvement to its average user would be Froyo 2.2. Once that is at a state to be released, I believe they should take the SDK serious. The sooner we get it, the sooner Entourage will get some great custom apps.

One thought I have, though, is if they are at a stand still waiting for their partner to send them some code (as has been stated) they could give their engineers a week to get the SDK at least to the point where we can get started.
