I haven't been on here in forever. I caved and bought an iPad and well the eDGe is sitting collecting dust. I still really like the idea of the eDGe and the dual screen. I don't do a lot of heavy reading on the iPad because well it isn't eink and eink is simply better. If and when I get on the reading bandwagon again I imagine the eDGe will come out. It is a great idea, a good product, and depending on the audience is the right tool for the job. I may end up giving it to my nephew who is in elementary school.

My wish list to make it better would be make it thinner, have an iPad style touch screen and better screen resolution and possibly a more rugged metal case. Just make it less clunky.

I will still keep checking in every once and a while to see what's up. After all I am a gadget guy. To me it just seems like a device that is and should be centered towards the academic region and not a consumer product. I don't regret buying one but like my Nook it doesn't get used often. Who wants to buy me a Kindle DX
