It used to be there - they may have tried hiding it for 1.10 and changed their minds in 1.11. Still requires the debug password...

enTourage does under-report the changes in each release, so it's always worth hunting around for little surprises (sometimes they're big, like the huge battery boost in one of the Dingo releases in August or September).
