Hi Erminio, I bought the Pocket Edge which doesn't have a user-replaceable battery (like the DR1000
) so no battery for me.
Alas, I'm getting the same impression with the PE than I got from iRex: a small company with plenty of good intentions and ideas, but not enough business stamina to end up with a mature product, esp. when it comes to note-taking... But this time I had a pretty good idea what I was getting into: more of an experiment, both the hardware combo, and to try out some of the Android apps etc.
My DR1000 still serves me well as a large reader, esp. for graphic novels & manga, but I have given up on the note-taking, not the least because there no simple way to get the resulting proprietary notes out of there, requiring some custom software, often written by community members (same thing to some extent with the PE/EE: you'll see that in the forums here)
