As a rule, if the pen says "Wacom pen-enabled", it works. If it's a Wacom pen but doesn't specifically say "pen-enabled" it probably won't work (the Intuos and Bamboo pens, for example). Lastly, pens for tablet PCs will usually work unless the screen uses n-trig's system (a capacitive touch screen with a pen mode, such as on the Dell Lattitude XT and HP Slate).
