Some things to try:
- check that both headsets are fully charged
- make sure the Bluetooth Settings (still) shows "Connected to media audio" and hasn't disconnected (or connected to something else)
- check the eDGe volume (increase the volume using the hardware volume buttons)
- try another audio app
