Ah! The problem with a gadget that actually works well - you become dependent on it!

My eDGe in the past has done some things where Tech Support requested that I send it in. I of course couldn't because being without my eDGe for a week wasn't something I could imagine, lol.
I'm confident enTourage takes incidents like this to heart and will redouble their efforts to guard against unwanted side effects of updates.
